Banking and security
We provide services for manufacturers of technological equipment destined to this sector and directly to the financial institutions themselves.
For equipment, both small and high volume, we offer storage, handling, transport and installation in final location. Examples of small volume are multifunctional computers, CPUs, financial printers… As for high volume equipment, we specialize in ATMs, recyclers and card readers.
For example, in ATMs we dismantle parts like the dispenser or casing so that it can be anchored. Of course, we do the wiring, camera installation, PC connections, we put the printer tape and any other essential steps for the equipments start up.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TREATMENT
If we have unpinned another cashier from the same place, we can apply the added value services that the customer requests. In our workshop we are prepared for the hardware treatment and for the software treatment in the technical room. Among other things we do:
- Dismantling and assembly.
- Scrap and inventory of recovered parts.
- Cleaning, adjustments and painting.
- Refurbishing.
- Repair and/or replacement of parts, related to the PC electronics, the dispenser, the printer, the card reader, the external keyboard, the screen, etc.
- Staging.
- Formatting and hard drive erase.
- Testing.
- Power-on test.
- Withdrawal, management and destruction of ATMs and parts that are discarded, according to the environmental regulations.
- Certification of destruction.
CREW COORDINATION AND LIMITED SCHEDULES
The work related to the technological equipment of the banking and security sector are complex. They imply total coordination between very different personnel teams. For example, in the installation of an ATM can intervene, in person or actively: Personnel in charge of the entity in which it is located; civil works staff for the anchorage; security personnel; LQS crews for the transport and delivery; LQS technicians that will ensure that the ATM is in perfect working conditions.
In addition, these works cannot be performed at any time of the day, they’re usually done after businnes or comercial hours. Another matter is that in the ATM location purely physical dificulties tend to converge. In many ocasions, they’re installed in small spaces, accessed through stairs, special or delicate floors, etc.
Non of these conditions are a problema for LQS. We can carry out the part of the job that corresponds to our specialities, coordinate the different crews that must be present and solve any inconvenient in the equipments delivery / pick-up. On the other hand, our atention policy means that we provide a 24 hours a day, 365 days per year service.
